Hero Ecotech’s manufacturing facility spans 45 acres with 1.65 million sq. ft. of space, 65% of which is a green belt. As India’s largest TIG welding facility, we pioneered robotic welding in 2007 to ensure precision. Our four modern assembly lines and three mechanized wheel-building lines guarantee high-quality bicycles designed to enhance your riding experience.

Production Capacity and Compliance

We produce 100,000 units per month, with plans to increase capacity year-on-year. Our in-house lab tests components to ISO (EN) and CPSC standards. With a dedicated team of 1200+, we ensure technical, social, and environmental compliance, prioritizing your safety and satisfaction.
